Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan and is selected by default at checkout. A small handling fee may apply and is always shown before you confirm.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 2–5 working days depending on your city.
Is delivery free?+
Delivery is free on orders over Rs 8,000. Otherwise a flat delivery charge applies, shown at checkout.
Can I pay by bank transfer?+
Yes. Choose Bank Transfer at checkout to see the account details.
How long do the candles burn?+
Our signature 6.2oz candles burn for up to 45 hours
How do I care for my candle?+
On the first burn, let the wax melt fully across the surface to prevent tunnelling. Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn, and never leave a candle unattended.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. Checkout is a single page — just your name, mobile, city and address.
