REM Candles sells scented candles and related home fragrance products.
Product photos are for presentation purposes. Minor differences in color, wax finish, label placement, scent strength, frosting, texture, or appearance may occur due to the nature of candle production.
Orders
An order is only confirmed when REM Candles accepts and processes it.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
Product is out of stock
Payment is not completed
Customer details are incorrect
Fraud or misuse is suspected
Courier service is unavailable
Pricing or website error occurred

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.
REM Candles may update prices, offers, shipping charges, and product availability at any time.

Cancellations

REM Candles is not responsible for damage, injury, smoke, heat damage, glass damage, fire, or loss caused by misuse, unsafe placement, extended burning, lack of supervision, or failure to follow candle safety instructions.
Allergy / Sensitivity Disclaimer
Scented candles may contain fragrance materials. Customers with fragrance sensitivity, asthma, allergies, breathing issues, pregnancy-related sensitivity, pets, infants, or sensitive household members should use scented candles carefully and in a ventilated space.

REM Candles products are home fragrance products. They are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, misuse, or use REM Candles branding without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, REM Candles will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
Our maximum liability for any approved claim will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product involved.

REM Candles is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural disasters, strikes, power outages, internet outages, government action, import issues, or law-and-order situations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan.
Any dispute will first be handled through customer support. If unresolved, disputes may be handled by the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
