##Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

For Cash on Delivery orders, REM Candles may contact the customer for confirmation before dispatch.

##Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Lahore: 1–3 business days

Major cities in Pakistan: 2–5 business days

Other areas: 3–7 business days

Remote areas may take longer depending on courier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, public holidays, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our control.

##Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before the order is placed.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

REM Candles is not responsible for failed delivery caused by:

Incorrect phone number

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customer not answering courier calls

Customer refusal to receive the parcel

Courier access issues

If an order is returned to us due to customer-side issues, the customer may be required to pay shipping charges again before re-dispatch.
